  1. Login to Wayfair Partner Home portal
  2. To download order details, select “Date Selection” under the “All Open Orders” tab. Then select a date and click on “Generate Report”.
  3. Assign orders to the warehouse as per the order sheet also one can check if stock is available or not for the orders.
  4. Make sure you have the dimensions of the items to create shipping labels, in our case we use the FedEx portal for that. NOTE: It’s a separate process in order to create the Label on FedEx and may vary depending upon your carrier.
  5. On the FedEx portal, we already set up a third-party account that has been provided by Wayfair.
  6. Then provide the label to Warehouse and complete further processes on the Warehouse’s portal to get the Orders ready for FedEx to be picked.
  7. When the order has been picked up by FedEx from the designated Warehouse, Wayfair receives an update regarding Tracking directly from FedEx. Then Wayfair notifies its customer the same with a Tracking number.
  8. Finally, all that is left to do is import the inventory from Excel or CSV directly into Wayfair.
