- Login to Wayfair Partner Home portal
- To download order details, select “Date Selection” under the “All Open Orders” tab. Then select a date and click on “Generate Report”.
- Assign orders to the warehouse as per the order sheet also one can check if stock is available or not for the orders.
- Make sure you have the dimensions of the items to create shipping labels, in our case we use the FedEx portal for that. NOTE: It’s a separate process in order to create the Label on FedEx and may vary depending upon your carrier.
- On the FedEx portal, we already set up a third-party account that has been provided by Wayfair.
- Then provide the label to Warehouse and complete further processes on the Warehouse’s portal to get the Orders ready for FedEx to be picked.
- When the order has been picked up by FedEx from the designated Warehouse, Wayfair receives an update regarding Tracking directly from FedEx. Then Wayfair notifies its customer the same with a Tracking number.
- Finally, all that is left to do is import the inventory from Excel or CSV directly into Wayfair.
