Amazon Service Provider Network

Listed in the Amazon Service Provider Network, in six service categories

The SPN is Amazon's directory of third-party providers, reached from inside Seller Central. StaffCloud is listed in six categories. This page says which ones, which marketplaces each covers, and how to check the listing yourself.

  • Six service categories
  • 15 marketplaces, 18 for advertising
  • Verified provider account

What the listing means

The Service Provider Network is where Amazon sellers and vendors find third-party help. A seller opens it from inside Seller Central, picks a service category and a marketplace, and sees the providers listed for it.

Before a provider appears there, Amazon verifies the identity of the account owner, reviews the business against its policies, evaluates its e-commerce experience and its track record with Amazon sellers, and requires agreement to the Solution Provider Agreement, the Acceptable Use Policy and the Data Protection Policy. StaffCloud has completed that process and is listed in the six categories below.

Two things it is not, so there is no confusion later. It is not a certification — StaffCloud's certifications are ISO/IEC 27001:2022, ISO 9001:2015 and Clutch Premier Verified, and they are set out on Certifications & Platforms. And it is not Amazon endorsing any particular piece of work. It means Amazon has checked the business and published what it offers to sellers.

The six categories, and what each covers

Advertising Optimization

Listed for Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Products, and Brand Store creation and management, across 18 marketplaces — the 15 below plus Japan, Egypt and Turkey. On this site: PPC and advertising management.

A+ Content

Listed under Amazon's Enhanced Brand Content category for A+ pages — content writing and imaging — and EBC product videos, across 15 marketplaces. On this site: A+ content design.

Accounting — payment reconciliation

Listed for payment reconciliation across 15 marketplaces: remittances, settlements, invoices, shortages, price discrepancies, chargebacks and deduction disputes. On this site: invoice, PO and remittance processing.

Marketplaces

Five of the six categories are listed for the same 15 marketplaces: the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, the Netherlands, Poland, Sweden, Australia, India, Singapore, Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates. Advertising Optimization adds Japan, Egypt and Turkey, which makes 18.

The team works your hours in your systems, so the marketplace a brief concerns matters more than where the account is held. A UK account is handled the same way as a US one.

How a client brings us in

You add StaffCloud from inside your own Seller Central or Vendor Central account, with the permissions you choose. Access is granted by you, scoped by you, and withdrawn by you — the same route whether the account is UK, US or anywhere else on the list above. Nothing on our side requires a password of yours. The How It Works page sets out what happens after that.

How to check the listing

The SPN directory lives inside Seller Central rather than on the open web, so there is no public profile link to give you. To see the listing: open Service Provider Network in Seller Central, select your marketplace, and search for StaffCloud. The six categories above are what you should find.

If you would rather see it before that, ask and we will walk you through it on a call, or send the listing details in writing. Submit an enquiry and we will come back to you.
