Pipeline data your sales team will actually trust

Lead research, CRM administration, enrichment and reporting — kept current by a dedicated team working inside your systems, so the pipeline reflects reality rather than whatever was last typed in.

The unglamorous work that makes a pipeline usable

Sales teams do not abandon a CRM because the software is wrong. They abandon it because the records are stale, duplicated or missing the one field that decides who to call. StaffCloud staffs the people who keep that from happening — researchers, CRM administrators and reporting analysts working inside your own systems.

The work spans prospect research and list building, contact and firmographic enrichment, deduplication and record hygiene, quote and order documentation, pipeline reporting, and the geospatial and appraisal data behind territory and property work.

More about how we work
22+years in data operations
450+businesses supported
12countries served
100%in-house, salaried teams
  • Researched by people, not scraped. Every contact is verified against a named source before it enters your CRM.
  • Dedupe rules agreed up front. What counts as a duplicate is your decision, written down before the first merge.
  • Reporting your sales lead will open. Pipeline and activity reports in your format, on your cadence.
  • Your CRM, your permissions. We work under accounts you create and scope, with access reviewed on a schedule.

What revenue leaders ask before giving anyone CRM access.

Not sure which category fits?

Tell us what your sales team complains about most. That usually identifies the right team faster than a service list does.

Book a scoping call

Inside yours. Our team works under user accounts you create, with permissions scoped to the records and fields the work touches.

Where a bulk operation genuinely needs an export — a large dedupe, for example — we agree the export, the storage location and the deletion date in writing first.

Researchers build lists from named public sources — company sites, LinkedIn, industry directories and filings — and verify each contact before it enters your CRM.

We do not buy scraped databases and resell them as research. If a list cannot be built to your criteria at the volume you want, we will say so rather than padding it.

Merge rules are agreed with you before anything is merged: which record wins, which fields survive, and what happens to conflicting activity history.

The first pass is always reviewed with you on a sample before it runs across the database.

Yes — pipeline stages, activity, conversion and forecast reporting in your format and on your cadence, built in the tools you already use.

We report the numbers as they are. If the pipeline looks worse after a clean-up, that is the point of the clean-up.

Prospect research and CRM work run under a signed DPA, with a documented lawful basis agreed with you and deletion handled on request.

We are a processor, not a data broker: we do not retain or resell contact data built for one client.

Pricing is per dedicated team member, per month, by role — a researcher, a CRM administrator and a reporting analyst are priced differently.

Project work such as a one-off dedupe or an enrichment pass can be quoted as a fixed piece of work once a sample has established the real throughput.

Two to four weeks, and the variable is access rather than training: a researcher can start once the criteria are agreed, while CRM work waits on scoped access in your own user management and a decision about what counts as a duplicate.

Where the CRM is already documented and access is ready, we have started inside ten working days. Where it is not, the audit that has to come first is usually worth more than the week it costs.

Records are sampled and verified against an agreed standard, and the measured accuracy is reported with the delivery rather than claimed in advance. Work below the agreed standard is redone at our cost.

The contractual remedy is re-performance or correction within a reasonable time, or a refund of the fees for the non-conforming part where correction is not practicable (Terms 20.2). Merges are the exception that cannot be undone, which is why you approve those rather than us.

Sixty days' written notice either way for convenience (Terms 23.2), or immediate termination for a material breach unremedied after thirty days.

A one-off piece of project work — a dedupe, an enrichment pass — runs to its own scope instead. On termination you pay for the work performed, and the records, the rules and the documentation are yours either way.
