Brand & Marketing Design

Design capacity that does not queue behind an agency

Ad creative, social posts, email banners, sales collateral. High-volume, on-brand, deadline-driven work — which is exactly the work agencies are slowest and most expensive at.

  • Dedicated designers
  • Your templates and brand
  • Built for volume

How the design work is run

Most brands have a decent identity and no capacity to apply it. The agency that built the brand is expensive for a resize; the in-house designer is one person with a queue; and the marketing calendar does not care about either.

This is production design rather than brand design: taking an established identity and producing the volume of assets a live calendar demands, on-brand, to spec, on the day.

StaffCloud staffs dedicated designers who work in your templates and to your guidelines. Where the guidelines do not cover a case, they ask rather than invent — and the answer goes back into the guidelines.

Capabilities

Your brand, applied

Work produced in your templates and to your guidelines, with the gaps raised rather than filled by a designer's best guess.

Dedicated, not pooled

The same designers on your account, so the brand knowledge accumulates instead of restarting with each brief.

Built for calendar volume

Sized for the recurring demand of a live marketing calendar rather than for occasional projects.

Briefs and rounds that work

A brief format and revision process agreed up front, because most design friction is a briefing problem rather than a design one.

How the engagement runs

  1. 01

    Brand and template review

What exists, what is usable, what is missing. Most brands have more gaps in their guidelines than they think, and those gaps are where inconsistency enters.

  2. 02

    Pilot briefs

A few real briefs run end to end, so the brief format and revision rhythm are tested on actual work.

  3. 03

    Production

Ongoing work against your calendar, with briefs, rounds and approvals on an agreed rhythm.

  4. 04

    Guideline growth

Decisions made on edge cases written back into the guidelines, so the same question is not asked twice.

Where this beats an agency and an in-house hire

It is not cheaper per asset than a junior designer. It is available every week, at whatever volume the calendar actually needs.

  • Capacity that matches a live calendar rather than a project plan
  • Brand knowledge that accumulates in a team rather than a person
  • Guidelines that get more complete rather than more ignored

Questions buyers ask

The things worth knowing before the first call.

Not sure this is the right scope?

Describe the workload in a sentence and we will point you at the right team — or tell you honestly if it is not something we should take on.

Ask us

Production. Applying an existing identity at volume. A full brand identity project is a different engagement with a different shape, and we would say so rather than deliver one by accident.

Common, and it is the first finding. We work from what exists, raise the gaps as they come up, and write the decisions back so the guidelines get more complete rather than more contradicted.

To an agreed format, because the single biggest cause of revision rounds is an ambiguous brief. The format is tested on the pilot rather than imposed.

Agreed per engagement. Unlimited rounds sounds generous and usually means the briefing is broken; a hard limit punishes the client for our misreading. It is worth agreeing deliberately.

Both, and in Canva where that is where your team works. Working in your tooling matters more than our preference — handing back a file your team cannot open is a failed deliverable.

Yes, and it is one of the highest-value uses of this capacity: the volume of variants a testing programme needs is exactly what an agency retainer handles badly.
