Overflow capacity that behaves like an in-house team

StaffCloud's creative team has produced catalogue and campaign work since 2004 — clipping and retouching at catalogue volume, A+ and storefront modules, infographics and size charts, short-form video, and the brand collateral that sits around a range launch.

Agencies and publishers use this team as white-label overflow under their own brand. That only works because the people are salaried employees working to a documented style guide, with a named reviewer on every batch — not a rotating pool taking one-off briefs.

More about how we work
22+years in production
450+businesses supported
12countries served
100%in-house, salaried teams
  • Your style guide is the brief. Templates, colour rules and export specs are documented once, then applied at volume.
  • A named reviewer on every batch. Nothing ships on the strength of the person who made it.
  • Volume without a quality cliff. Throughput is planned against the deadline, not promised and then rushed.
  • White-label by default. Work is delivered under your brand, with no attribution unless you ask for it.

Creative production questions, answered

What agencies and brands ask before sending the first batch.

Working through an agency?

This team runs as white-label overflow for agencies and publishers. Same process, your brand on the delivery.

Talk about white-label

For an established process with an agreed style guide, catalogue image batches typically turn around in 24 to 48 hours, and video in two to four working days depending on length and complexity.

First batches take longer because the style guide is being pinned down. We agree the steady-state SLA after the pilot rather than quoting it before.

Yes — a large part of this team's work is delivered under a client's own brand, with no StaffCloud attribution anywhere in the files or the delivery.

We can work inside your project management tool and file structure so the handoff looks the same to your client as anything produced in-house.

Always. Templates, colour rules, export presets and naming conventions are documented at onboarding and applied on every batch.

Where your guide is silent, we ask once and write the answer into the documentation rather than deciding quietly per file.

3D product modelling, rendering and AR/virtual try-on assets are a newer part of this pillar, staffed by a smaller specialist team.

Because the team is smaller, we scope 3D work against a firm capacity number rather than promising open-ended volume.

We use AI generation and clean-up where it genuinely saves time — variants, backgrounds, upscaling — and every asset still passes human brand-safety review before delivery.

You are told which assets were machine-assisted. We will not present generated imagery as photography, and we flag anything where usage rights need your sign-off.

You do. Copyright in the delivered work transfers to you on payment, and we keep no right to reuse it in portfolios or marketing unless you agree in writing.

Source files — layered PSDs, project files, editable templates — are delivered alongside the exports, not held back.

Per-image and per-asset pricing is normal here, unlike most of our lines — retouching, cutouts and ghost mannequin work are countable, so they are quoted that way once a pilot has established what your product mix actually takes.

Where the volume is steady, a dedicated designer or retoucher priced per month usually works out cheaper than per-asset. There is no setup fee, and the quote names which route it assumes.

Faster than the operational services: a retouching or cutout engagement can start within one to two weeks, because the specification is visual and agreed on a pilot batch rather than written as a process document.

Brand and 3D work takes longer to start well — the style has to be matched against your reference set before volume begins, and rushing that step is what produces a set nobody can use.

Revision rounds are agreed per engagement and tested on the pilot. Work that misses the agreed specification is corrected at our cost, not counted against your rounds.

Contractually the remedy is re-performance or correction within a reasonable time, or a refund of the fees for the non-conforming part where correcting it is not practicable (Terms 20.2). Most creative disputes are brief disputes, which is why the brief format gets the attention it does.

Sixty days' written notice either way for convenience (Terms 23.2), or immediate termination for a material breach unremedied after thirty days.

Project work is different from a dedicated designer: a fixed-price piece runs to its own end date, and what is payable on termination is the work performed to that point. Source files for delivered work are yours.
